JAMES BUCHANAN
Director, Singapore
James brings over 17 years of expertise in real estate private equity and asset management, with a strong focus on cross-border transactions involving the U.S. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles in Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Singapore, showcasing his deep understanding of diverse markets and global investment strategies.
A graduate of the University of Sheffield in the UK with a BA in Japanese and Korean Studies, James combines his linguistic and cultural knowledge with extensive industry experience to navigate complex international transactions.
As Managing Director for the South Asia region at a multinational investment group, James specializes in structuring and executing cross-border deals, leveraging his deep expertise to deliver value-driven solutions for stakeholders.

Jamie is a highly experienced Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) with over 15 years of expertise in real estate private equity, asset management, and portfolio management. His career spans diverse roles, including serving as an investment analyst at a specialist real estate asset manager and as a portfolio manager at a prominent Asia-based family office.
Jamie’s comprehensive understanding of cross-border structuring, combined with his analytical and strategic approach, has made him a trusted expert in the field. As a CFA charterholder, he brings a deep level of professionalism and insight to managing complex investment portfolios and driving value creation across real estate assets.
ODHRAN DODD
Director of Business Development
Odhran Dodd is a highly experienced finance professional with over 25 years of expertise spanning mergers and acquisitions (M&A), debt advisory, buyouts, real estate financings, and distressed transactions. He has successfully completed over 70 deals across diverse sectors, including manufacturing, financial services, transportation, oil and gas, and renewables. Odhran has held senior roles at prominent firms, including UHY Hacker Young LLP, where he was a Partner, and Carter Backer Winter LLP (CBW), where he established and led the Corporate Finance department.
